Femi Adewole is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Family Homes Funds. Family Homes Funds is Sub-Sahara Africa’s largest housing fund focused on affordable homes for Nigerian’s on low income. It is a social housing initiative promoted by the Federal Government of Nigeria as part of its Social Intervention Programme with initial shareholding by the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority.
Mr Adewole was previously the Managing Director of Shelter Afrique, Pan African’s Housing Development and Finance Institution facilitating and financing housing developments across 44 African Countries. His housing career spans 20 years covering housing management, support housing, community development, new business and regeneration at some well-regarded housing associations. Mr Adewole holds an MBA from the University of Warwick Business School and an Msc in Land Management and Development from the University of East London.
